Riseability has assisted individuals within the community since 2001. Specifically, clients with catastrophic injuries involving brain and spinal cord injury or dual diagnoses. We assist clients by helping them identify their strengths and obtainable goals and guide them toward a path of independence, self-advocacy, and secure employment.
We are excited to announce our vocational rehabilitation program has been approved to work as a partner in the community with the State of Arizona Department of Economic Security as a Qualified Vendor!
Riseability extended services in 2020 to include our I Thrive and Pre-ETS (Transition) curriculum to all students K-12. We implement our I Thrive curriculum to maximize their post-secondary outcomes through college and career goals, develop and expand social-emotional learning and executive function skills, and incorporate mindfulness techniques.
We believe everyone has unique skills to contribute to our community. We will help you and your loved ones rise to their ability!

OUR SERVICES
Catastrophic Cases
We assist adults with varying disabilities in preparing for work and getting jobs in the community based on an individual's functional capabilities and vocational profile: work history, education, professional certificates, etc.
Schools and Student Transitions
We collaborate with local high schools to develop successful post-secondary plans and outcomes for students by the time they graduate.
Forensic and Vocational Expert Witness
We provide vocational expert opinions to civil and administrative courts regarding workability and economic damages associated with matters of personal injury, household services (NEW!), medical malpractice, catastrophic injury (adult and pediatric), and marital dissolution.
À la Carte Services
A la carte services are available for individuals who would like to explore independent services to include: transferable skills assessment, psychometric testing, resume and cover letter development, and interview skills training.
